Metal T-connector for adding a branch to an NMEA 2000 backbone with Micro-C connections. It allows a new instrument or sensor to be connected while maintaining continuity of the main cable.
The two aligned connectors continue the backbone and the third accepts the drop cable from an instrument or sensor.
Before expanding the network, confirm that it has one terminator at each end, a single correctly protected power supply and an acceptable drop-cable length.
Micro-C cables, terminators, power supply and the connected device are not included.
